FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How many photos will I get?

A typical property shoot will result in 10-15 edited images. More images will be captured of course but we will pick the best of the bunch to put through the editing process.

Is there anything I need to do prior to the appointment?

The best advice is to prepare for the appointment in the same way you would prepare for a viewing. A quick tidy and a declutter will go a long way and we promise the house will stay nice and tidy, in the photos at least! Don’t worry about finishing touches, we will be on hand to move bins and small items as we go.

Do I have to take a photo of every room?

In an ideal world yes but we appreciate it’s not always that simple. Small unused bedrooms are often utilised as extra storage making them unsuitable for photographs. Essentially it’s the homeowners choice but we will be on hand to offer advice during the appointment.
