FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PHOTOS?

Once we have visited the property we will get to work editing your images and creating the floor plan. We deliver these assets by the end of the next working day (often before midday).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PHOTOGRAPH MY PROPERTY?

The size of the property and the services required will have the biggest impact here. For a typical 3 bed property, which requires photography, a floor plan and an epc we would expect to be at the property for 1 – 2 hours. If the property is particularly large or you would like to add on other services such as a drone or video shoot then this will extend the booking time accordingly.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

For new customers either give us a call directly or fill out our contact form selecting the services you are interested in and we’ll get in touch. Once you become a regular customer we will be happy to take instructions from you in the form that suits you best. You can drop us an email, send us a text or whatsapp message, if you prefer, we can contact your vendor directly and make all the arrangements.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?

Our professional property marketing services are typically offered throughout Surrey, Hampshire & West Sussex but that doesn’t mean we can’t travel further! Our longest journey so far involved a trip to inverness for a client to produce a virtual tour of their showroom.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

All properties are different and for single bookings our fees will be based on the property size and the services required.

We hope all new clients become regular clients and with that in mind are happy to have an open discussion about our pricing in an effort to come to a mutually beneficial arrangement for all parties.
